Founded by chef Marcus Wellington, Gourmet Food Trader began as a quest to source the exceptional ingredients that transform ordinary meals into extraordinary experiences. Our journey started in the markets of Lyon, France, where Marcus discovered the profound difference that authentic, artisan-crafted ingredients make.
Today, we've built relationships with over 200 artisan producers across 35 countries, from truffle hunters in Périgord to saffron cultivators in Kashmir. Each ingredient in our collection tells a story of tradition, passion, and uncompromising quality.
